Peace Piece Project is pleased to announce the release of a special interview video featuring MEGU (Megu Sakai), who participated in the 2nd Children’s World Peace Summit at the age of 15 and later delivered a speech at the United Nations Headquarters in New York as a representative of Japan.<\/p>\n
When she was 15 years old, MEGU shared her dream of becoming a model who would work on the global stage. During her presentation at the Children’s World Peace Summit, she expressed her belief that:<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWorld peace means bringing smiles to people around the world. To achieve that, each person should act with kindness and compassion.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Since then, she has continued to challenge herself through modeling, stage performances, and public speaking activities.<\/p>\n
In 2026, MEGU achieved a major milestone by delivering a speech in English at the United Nations Headquarters during the World Down Syndrome Day Conference. Today, she continues her journey as a model, idol performer, and advocate, pursuing even greater dreams on the international stage.<\/p>\n
