She is a fourth-generation A-bomb survivor whose family lost their lives in the atomic bombing. She is featured as a person who wants to “change the black image of Hiroshima,” and through her manga work “Kiseki no Hiroshima” (Kiseki’s Hiroshima), she is sending a message of renewal, hope, and peace for the world.
Tada was also introduced as “Hiroshima’s Pink Entrepreneur,” as she wears pink all year round in hopes of a brighter future for the city.
