The 10 winners selected from among the applicants will be invited to give a speech
at the International Conference Hall of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, as representatives of children.
We look forward to hearing from teenagers.

Outline of the event

Application period: April 1 - April 30, 2023; Production: August 1, 2023

Eligibility: Applicants must be between the ages of 10 and 19 as of August 1, 2023.
Among the applicants who submitted their ideas for creating peace during the application period from April 1 to 30, 2023, the 10 applicants whose ideas are particularly outstanding will be invited to make a speech at the 4th Children's World Peace Summit to be held on August 1, 2023, at the First House of Representatives of the House of Representatives, where they will represent children at the Minister's table.

The judges for the 4th Children\'s World Peace Summit will be astronaut Soichi Noguchi, YouTube creator Haichi, former diplomat Ichiro Fujisaki, and two others.

About the Children’s Representative

Ten applicants will be selected to represent the children.

Children’s representatives will make a speech on the day of the 4th Children’s World Peace Summit
at the First House of Representatives in Japan.

Date and Time: Tuesday, August 1, 2023, 14:00 – 17:00
*Children’s representatives will have a rehearsal before the main event.

First House of Representatives, International Conference Hall
(2-2-1 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)

*One accompanying person is allowed per child representative.
*Transportation and other travel and lodging expenses are to be borne by the participants.
*As there will be media coverage and filming staff on the day of the event, please consent to the filming and use of photographs and video clips.
